So I got Halo Reach back when it first came out with the code for the Recon Helmet pre-order bonus. I had it on my old console, until it bricked last month. I got a new console, but it won’t let me use the helmet, even though my save data and profile are on a usb drive. Any way to resolve this or am I just screwed?

I’m having a similar problem with the CQB an Military Police helmets. I have them unlocked on my Xbox 360, but whenever I try to play Halo: Reach on my new Xbox One X they are locked… which is weird, because I only just got it last week, and they were unlocked on my old Xbox One.
