Why don’t you just earn it. If you use the search feature, they’ll be a post somewhere which says what level you need to be able to buy it. You’ll need to reach at least Lt. Colonel I think.
With your rank you should havee 100% armoury done…
i do have 100% armor completion i just dont have the 3rd attachment for the recon helmet which is a preordered code that came with preordered copies and this code dosent count towards completion.

I have the recon helmet you speak of, it came with my legendary edition.
The recon you want is not as great as haunted but the is just my opinion.
It is unlikely that anyone will give you a code, they could flog them on auction sites for a bit of money though.
Or you could wait until they release the pre-order dlc to the pubilc and it might not come to the pubilc at all.
