When I logged on this morning I was a Brigadier rank 1 with enough credits to spare, When I log in this afternoon I find that I’m now a recruit with 0% progress in the game, WTF! I can look at my service record on waypoint and see my rank is still technically a Brigadier rank 1, but despite logging in multiple times over the past hour, nothing has changed.
Edit: I have photographic proof of my rank being brigadier, but I’m not well versed in the site and cant post it
Sounds like there may be some server issues with the game, that’s usually what would cause your info not to be pulled through. Could try restarting your Xbox, otherwise it may just be a case of waiting until things clear up. You won’t have lost anything though, your progress is still stored securely with Waypoint’s servers
