I dunno why no one else has posted here, but in all the games I’ve played recently on Reach, everyone has had the base armor and the default emblem. And the ranks are all Recruit. I go into the armory and still have all my things, but I can’t earn more credits cause 1k is the “Offline” maximum. No idea what’s going on…
Sometimes it’s just a hiccup in the console. Try restarting everything and see what that does
