My profile got reset from Field Marshall to Major pls help!

no i was not but i did go offline and then got back on then my profile was reset

Sometimes my profile takes a while to load. How long do you wait at the menu for?

So I read in the halo reach FAQ section that it’s a bug. Your profile will go back to normal after a minute or so.

I’ve been playing halo reach after that happend and it never went back to Field Marshall.

Oh I see you had to start again. What did you set your storage device to? Because I think it needs to be saved on the cloud rather than hard drive.
