I have a problem with my halo reach profile, is not show in the menu my progress, rank (shows recuit rank) and commendations, but it’s already intact in the arsenal the rank and progress like commendation and armor.

This seems to be a temporary issue affecting some players, check back later and you should see that everything is back to normal

Yeah I’m waiting, but no luck yet, and there’s another weird thing, I opened another profile here and has the same problem, idk maybe it’s my game or connection.

Sorry to hear that. I see a few other similar posts here on the forum at the moment which is why I assumed it was a temporary thing affecting a select few players. I just logged on to check and my profile loads up fine. I wish I had more insight for you because 343 pretty much ignores the legacy forums nowadays. The only thing I can recommend to you is to try back later and hope it loads properly. The Reach servers haven’t functioned properly since last September so it could have something to do with that.

No worries, this situation should rectify itself quickly. In the meantime, just keep playing and attempt to enjoy the game in spite of the server issues that 343 refuses to fix let alone recognize.

There looks to be some issues with Reach at the moment including matchmaking services and the ability to pull information / stats from your profile. As we have multiple topics open for this right now I’m re-directing to a central topic that can be used to keep track of things:
