So I’m new to halo waypoint and while I was setting up my profile I noticed that my halo reach profile wasnt fully updated. Is there a fix and is it common? Im just hoping to get some info about it.
It’s quite common and thankfully there is a simple fix for most cases:
> If you’re here because Waypoint is telling you that you haven’t played a particular game, then your service records will be out of sync. This usually happens if you have changed your gamertag since you last played one of the older games (Halo3, ODST, Reach) and is relatively simple to fix.

> You’ll need to boot the games up again and play something. This can either be campaign, multiplayer, forge, etc, anything as long as you are connected to Xbox live - playing the backwards compatible version of a game should also work.
The above method can often fix out-of-date stats as well so it’s worth trying.
However, the custom Spartan avatars and certain other things no longer update.

Sadly, Halo reach stats are no longer available on waypoint (since 2018).

Thank you for the answer, I was wondering the same thing why my game would not synchronize with my profile on Halo Waypoint.
