Halo Reach problem

For the last week my spartan has been an all black recruit and has yet to change. I’ve done everything I can think of from reseting my connection to deleting my account and the game and then putting them back on the console. Does anybody have any clue how to fix this?

And whenever I try to do matchmaking as the recruit it tells me “The Halo Reach servers are down” but only for me.

Same problem, m8. (don’t know how to fix this however)
