Halo Reach pro v7 settings are the settings from mlg . These settings are zero bloom, 120% movement speed, 110% jump height , 150% gravity , 90% melee damage ,increased fall damage height resistance( fall from slightly higher without taking damage) reduced bloom for all automatic weapons, 6 shot kill NeedleRifle ( bleed through headshot), 4sk magnum pistol,reduced assist aim for all weapons, reduced bullet magnetism for all weapons, bleed through ( this means precision weapons will head shot if the amount of sheilds left in player is less than the value of a weapons damage, blead through melee) ( ex 3 shots from a DMR will be a kill if melee 'd afterward) , armor abilities disabled (for super slayer ) ,disabled motion sensor,( for its respected playlist like swat). I may have missed a detail or two but essentially these are pro v7 settings that were put in mlg playlist only and should be across all playlists as a title update.

I hope that if enough people voted yes reach will get updated and also remove some playlists game types and maps for better search times. In halo reach there’s are 5 versions of reach 5 different settings.1 There’s is default vanilla reach 100% bloom, 2 TU TITLE UPDATE wich is 85% bloom and armor lock nerf, 3 TU zero bloom( in this game type the DMR over powers all the other primaries like the Ar and NR and therefore unbalanced )armor lock nerf, TU zero bloom wich is similiar to previous but without bloom, 4 halo reach anniversary , wich have settings like 3 shot pistol ,no armor abilities120% move speed 75% melee damage , 90% jump height and 150% gravity.5 invasion settings wich is essentially nerfed Spartans and buffed elites. The pro v7 settings are the most balanced and competitive settings. note that the anniversary playlists should stand and be left in game.

I wish for this title update because pro v7 settings is the best version and classic version of reach but there are so many settings and playlists that the majority of current players gravitate towards vanilla team slayer with 100% bloom and that bloom isn’t fun. The rest of playlists like the alternative team playlist , super slayer, and mlg , populations are so low that you’ll have long search times or even no matches during most of the day. I would theorize that the only reason team slayer is one of the most populated playlists is because most players don’t understand the differences between playlists and being highly populated will have faster search times.
Reach hasn’t had a title update in quite a while, I very highly doubt there will ever be another one.
Also, I think it a extremely ridiculous idea to ask to implement Slayer V7 settings into all gametypes… I, for one, like playing on V7 “MLG” settings but only with friends in Custom Games and during 1v1’s.
(PS: People play Team Slayer and not Super Slayer or MLG with it’s incredibly low population of DMR spamming kids because old fashioned Team Slayer is more fun.)

Not everyone who plays Reach wants to play MLG settings. You have to remember a lot of players are just social players who just want to have a some fun. That’s why they have these settings in their own playlist in MLG.
It sucks for you and others who want to play that the MLG population is so low that you probably cant find games very quickly and also play the same players over and over again.
The TU playlists are think are a better balance than Vanilla Reach so I stick with mainly BTB for that reason.

I get mlg is intimating to social players but I mean the game settings( like zero bloom and bleed through) in mlg not the game types settings ( like no AAs no motion ) I just want one version (v7 settings ) of reach throughout all playlists. I explained the game settings above. Ps tu btb is ok but I hate long range battle especially since the most effective strategy in btb is to jetpacks so high above the map and from so far away,out of reach from motion sensors detection and players can’t move freely without getting killed before you know where you were shot from

Honestly if they do anything else to Halo Reach, please for the love of God undo that horrible title update that nerfed everything, and ruined the DMR mechanics. Yes, i realize they left a few playlists untouched but still, i used to enjoy rumble before that nonsense. And as far as MLG settings, I hope you mean just updating the MLG playlist…because it kind of sounds like you’re advocating that they make it that way in all playlists, which I am completely and 100% against. All that stuff may be well and good for MLG but honestly i feel like a zero-bloom dmr takes no skill to use and allows for random spamming and in regular team slayer i enjoy the regular game mechanics.

Nothing in tu slayer is nerfed saved the armor lock and because every weapons has less bloom and are more accurate there buffing them in actuality. This guy clearly doesn’t play reach.

Players that play every day would agree v7 is the superior settings in reach and if implementation were a possibility I’m cogifent I could get players to back this up . In reality most players have become sinical and believe the game has been ignored and put to the wayside by 343i. People still play reach and it should be nurtured and cared for, can change be achieved ? Though hopeful it likely will never occur.

What are you talking about random DMR spamming? You don’t pace your assault rifle or sprint or jet pack or jumping or sniping or crouching! Or MELEES or grenades . You use them as fast as possible mostly, so why can’t DMR and NR fights be shooting as fast as possible while strafing .
