Halo Reach Preview Update Problem

Hello,

Recently it happened to me and now the disc is useless.
I have checked out lots of support forums and found a lot of different results from Microsoft Support. After reading all of the forums and seeing some recent ones that were resolved I decided to contact support and get this fixed. They told me they no longer had access to Halo: Reach codes. A day after someone posted that there issue was fixed in this support forum.

So I was told to contact 343 or Bungie for the games on demand code.

One more thing was that I was supposed to get the email, but after checking all I ever received was a Thank you with a Mark V Flaming Helmet code and a Final Update email, both from over a year ago.

TL;DR: Updated Reach Preview Disc, doesn’t work now. Need a code to download on marketplace or some other solution.

You could contact BS Angel or Halo Waypoint (not entirely sure who runs that) on twitter.

Send bs angel a Private Message on these forums, she will help you out, might take it a bit for her to reply to you though.

Well I would send the message on twitter, but you have to be followed by the person for DM’s. I sent an email to her last night, but she probably gets lots and lots of messages on here so who knows if she will see it.

Is there no support team for 343 or anything else?

As I said, PM bs angel, she helps people out with the disk problems from the Preview Program.
