Halo:Reach Preview disk

Anyone else out there that received a Halo: Reach preview disk several months ago as part as a test program? It came in a plain green case via the post mail.

I am asking this because during the time of the TU in Sept. (i think that was when it was), I was sent an email saying i would receive another email with a code to download the game, as the TU made the disk un-playable. I have not received this so called code and have been dealing with MS for the past couple of weeks, including an one hour phone call with MS support that resolved nothing but me getting a reference number to be able to call back.

checked spam? or eliminated?? If you want, I can sell you a copy of Reach for 20 bucks

i’ve checked every aspect of my email account that is associated with my Xbox Live account. It has become a matter of principle, but if it just comes down to it in the end, i will/may/could just run down to Gamestop and buy a used copy, idk.

I am just trying to find out if anyone else has had the same problem.
