Halo Reach PC Stuttering

Hello,

The game is constantly stuttering on PC while playing the campaign, even offline. My specs:

Laptop Dell G3
GTX1060 6GB
Intel Core I7
16GB RAM

Turning V-Sync off does not help.

Any solutions?

Make sure that the framerate limit is set to 60. Unlocking it does not work properly in Reach yet, though it’s fine in CE.
