No, all the DLC playlists are dead. Try assembling a group of people. Otherwise, those achievements are unobtainable.

I got a match in Anniverary Classic today. It is possible. But for Noble and Defiant you would need everyone to have the maps. I’m planning some group play sessions, and if we can get enough people we can try for them as we play. If you’re interested let me know.
