Yes, it will transfer over. I mean, for the bonus armor content from DLC or Pre-Order exclusives, you have to install those to the console. Like I have the special Recon Helmet and Elite Officer Armor so once I installed the base game on my Xbox One, I went to it in the store to look at the “bonus content” and what not and just reinstalled all that it said I had already “owned”.
