Halo reach on xbox one

So I just downloaded halo reach on my xbox one and when it says getting my xbox 360 info it goes to the main menu. Now when I clip main menu it says to download a profile. When I click download profile it says i have no network connection. Im trying to play the game and it wont let me connect. Please help its not the only game that’s doing this

I would like to point out that i too am having this issue. Been trying to play halo reach on xbox one since it first came out on the backwards compatibility list.

Anyone know a fix for this? I have installed the disc to my xbox one. When I launch it, it goes to a screen saying Getting your xbox info It then proceeds to the halo reach main menu. I click start then a modal pops up indicating Not signed in I click Choose a Gamer Profile Then proceeds to the old xbox 360 Join in screen. I press A and none of my profiles show up so i choose Download Profile. When I download my profile it tells me Can't connect to Xbox live. Select Test Connection to troubleshoot your connection. When I go to my xbox one dashboard its showing me that im connected to the internet and signed in on xbox live. What gives?

Are you sure youre signed in on the xbox one before you sign in on halo reach?

Yes, I’m signed in on my main profile. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times to no avail.

Double tap home, go to the gear, and reset your console. Dont click turn off, click restart.

aaand that does not work

I could not update
shows no update

I feel like this is a super rare issue as there is only a few of us that haven’t been able to play. Restarting the console did not work.

Maybe cause you’re on disc, my friend had the same problem then he got digital version from the store and everything was fine.

Shouldn’t it work with disc though?

I have it on disc and its been working fine for me.

Reaching out to xboxlive support is not working. They just give me the same old speech about a Status Service alert. I have had this problem ever since they released this game to the xbox one backwards compatibility list.

I wish Microsoft would put more of an effort in fixing this backwards compatibility issue for the Xbox one.

I tried playing reach a couple of days ago and the frame rates are still way off. And considering I donated my Xbox 360 to a hospital, this is the only way I can play the game (unless I want to drop $100 to pick up a used 360).

Please address this Microsoft. Reach is a great title.

I have the same problem. I’ve asked as well and no answer

Bump

Still having this issue. Anyone have insight on how to remedy this issue?

That’s odd, it’s been working just fine for me…
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the games you are having issues with.

I have done that multiple times to no avail…

Bump. Still having this issue.
