I was enjoying playing Halo Reach on my xbox one for some time, until about a week or two ago. Now i get an error message saying that i can not connect, despite being connected no problem on any other game that i try to play. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing my xbox 360 storage and factory resetting my console. After none of these worked, i contacted Microsoft support, and they could not help me either. After failing to fix my problem, I was sent here to post my issue on the forums. If anyone has any idea how to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated

I have the same problem it says I’m disconnected from xbox live and I need to reinstall my profile but even when I do that I get the same message.
i downloaded the backwards compatible halo reach to my xbox one… i made the first rank, and i was happy. i used to play reach on the 360 but do to the system not having much space on it i had to delete reach and sell the system… now i can play it on the xbox one… but i have a problem… you see no matter what i do… fire fight, campaign, forge, (unable to do live atm, ) i keep getting 50cr this is a problem, im only rank 1… and im not getting much points to continue, its irritating and honestly it is killing the game, 50cr per mission (no matter the difficulty ) thats alot of missions to do to get anywhere… please tell me how to fix this, or can someone from the 343 industries support group talk to me about this? please and thanks
