Picked Reach back up and been playing for about a month. Last night, after playing a match, suddenly was switched to offline status and a message saying offline cR limit reached. I can still play online multiplayer/matchmaking, but my current rank, emblem, and armor are all gone and showing as recruit. Everyone I play with is showing the same too. Not sure if this is happening to everyone else on the servers, or if it’s just me. Also can’t gain anymore cR. I’m currently a General Grade 4 too in case anyone thinks I’ve maxxed (I haven’t). Any info regarding what is happening and a possible fix will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

My friend on 360 has been messaging me about this as well. Something to do with the xbox 360 Reach servers, maybe?
Either way, would love to see a response on this issue.

its happening to everyone as far as what I’ve been able to find it might be permenant since it’s a bungie game and they are kind of focused on destiny this seems like something corrupted but since it can’t be fixed it might just be the end of advancing in halo reach I could be wrong it could just be a minor glitch or something but things like this happen and stuff its annoying but it happens…

that’s the thing I don’t think they know as they may not have access to the admin privalages of the game to fix the issue as they know longer own the rights to it…I really hope its temporary and someone fixes it soon because the customization of reach made it my all time favorite halo game and it would suck if that got taken away
it would give you an exscuse to solo legendary without looking like a try-hard looking for attention(unless thats your thing) since there isn’t much to do other than that its what I’ll do I guess until my spartan returns.

Just want to clarify that point - Microsoft owns the Halo IP, so they along with 343 have full rights over every Halo (including games not made by 343 like Reach). I know there was some Azure downtime last week and some of Halo 5’s services were interrupted during the week, likely everything here is connected. Reach won’t be a high priority right now but I’m sure things will be back up and running soon

Since when do people who complete Legendary solo do it for bragging rights? I’ve done it & I care not about what others think. I did it for the achievements, and the multiplayer aspect - what I’m trying to play now - has achievements that I’ll also collect.
No one does it for attention

Wow, thanks for the support everybody! I figured it must be a server issue, but I was working on finally getting my Inclement Weather armor effect (and getting Field Marshall) and I was afraid I’d lost all my progress! Hopefully it returns soon though. I still enjoy playing the game, but the “ranking” and armor builds ultimately gave me some sort of a goal/challenge besides not getting barrel stuffed with a shotty. Thanks again, you all rock and hopefully see some of you online

oh ok thx for clarifying that I wasn’t sure about that I was just going by what I read mostly so thx for the info that explains more
