Halo Reach not loading on Xbox One

I just downloaded the new update to xbone for halo reach, but now I’ve run into an issue after I reset.

First I added a guest for firefight, but couldn’t get them to sign out so I figured I’d reset my console. Once I restarted, now when I try to load up Reach, it only goes as far as the noble 6 team, then the spinning xbox 360 logo, and then it cuts out during the black screen, sometimes it shows the LED lights, but only one rotation before jumping back to the homescreen. Can anyone please help me? Thank you for your time.

I’m having the same problem and it’s getting really annoying

Try re-installing the game, usually fixes most of the problems.

  1. Check for service alerts
  2. Do a full console restart.

I’m finally playing, but only offline… is there a way to resolve this?

Try downloading your profile on Reach INSIDE the emulator (:. If not change your network (local;Jwave001’s friends;etc). If you haven’t uninstalled => reinstalled, do so. Other than that the servers may be down.

After the initial install, you may have to uninstall and reinstall.

For best results, play on Xbox 360.

I’m having the black screen problem too I went to customer services they said delete the game then install the game again

backwards compatibility on the xbox one
