Nope, any ranks you see online are all custom made, Inheritor is the highest rank for Halo: Reach.

there are some people with 50mil + cR and ill probably have around 35 mil by the time H4 comes out.
If they put up new ranks I would re-reach max rank in no time.

As far as I know, there will not be any new ranks for Reach. Any that you see, are fake, until actual confirmation comes from 343i’s themselves.

While this is true, for fun though, Halotracker.com has ranks past Inheritor. THough they are purely cosmetic, they have no impact or affect anything with Reach. You will still be an Inheritor on there.
