Hello everyone my name is Darth Baum and I am a well known member along the Halo Waypoint Community and the clan community. I decided after a good run with the old Sith Empire that I have decided with some good experienced friends of mine to create a brand new clan called the Imperial Senate.
The Imperial Senate follows the ideal that a great clan needs a diverse leadership to keep things interesting and keep things from stagnating. Every few months we will appoint a Chancellor who will run the clan then of course there is a group of selected senators and military personnel who have a single vote to vote over major clan issues and handle the major problems.
We hold basic requirements but they will be enforced:
You must be at least 13 years of age
You must have a microphone or someway to transmit audio to and receive audio
You must live within the time zones of the United States (so primarily the United States and Canada)
And follow the core values of respect, integrity and excellence in everything we do
The ranking structure is very simplistic at the moment and is open to expansion as the clan expands.
Central Government
The leader of the clan is the Chancellor
Then there are directors who are essentially senators with a specific sphere of influence.
Finally in central government are Senate members who help run the clan directly and are guaranteed a vote
Military Structure
General- There is only one general at any given point in time. A general is the main leader of military matters.
Colonel- Senior officer staff of the Empire and helps run the military to aid the General
Major- Leader of a clan chapter which is similar to a squad
Captain- Executive officer of a chapter
Lieutenant- Assists the Major and Captain with administration of the chapter
Sergeant- officer in training
Corporal- senior enlisted member
Private- completed training and active duty member of the military
Recruit- Just joined the clan and is learning the ropes.
