With backwards compatibility coming out in November, Halo: Reach will most certainly get a population boost.
With the addition of so many veteran Reach players from the Xbox One, Reach NEEDS AN UPDATE. Will Reach get an update? Its possible, but unlikely.
But just in case, I figured that we could make a wishlist with what the Reach community wants in a potential update.
My Wishlist:
- Removal of low population playlists such as MLG, Super Slayer, Co-op Campaign, Score Attack, and Team Objective
- Addition of a DLC-only playlist (but DON’T make DLC free; many players such as I payed a lot of money for it)
Other than these two major things, I think Reach is good as is. Tell me what you guys think and want!
I agree with you. Halo Reach is one of my favorite halo games. Sorry I couldn’t come up with anything. It’s just that this game is too good to have anything be removed. Wait, the only thing I think should change is the cost of the armor effects. It took forever to just get the birthday party armor effect, and the heart attack one is the same price as the mark 6 helmet. In halo 5 I could get a gold pack like after 10 multiplayer matches. Other than that, the game is still awesome.
Do NOT Remove Score Attack. How else am I gonna play Firefight by myself AND get credits?
I wish that all the playlists become Title updated. They could remove super slayer and let only Team slayer, but with the TU. I think that I speak for a lot of people by saying that the TU gameplay is better (less bloom, armor lock nerfed, no sword block and other stuff).
If they could add Anniversary BTB once again it would also be nice, I’m just not sure if there would be enough population to support it though.
I’m one of those ten people playing Score Attack… leave it alone!

What scares me is microsoft only said it would support xbox 360 until 2016. I think they may need to include it in MCC or continue 360 support. I honestly hope they do both but they still have not confirmed either one.
Agree mostly except with dlc. It should be free so it can pop up a lot more in regular gametypes
Yeah all DLC should be free. Maybe charge someone initially for 6 weeks but you gotta mass implement it at somepoint so you don’t divide the community further.
