I’ve been having a problem recently where I can’t have Guests under my name sign in. tried to get a second controller in, but after we click A it says we have no internet connection and it signs us out. I can go into more detail if needed, but I’ve been searching for solutions, and it seems other people who had this problem were ignored. I am a little annoyed that I can’t play Matchmaking with anyone but myself if my friends are offline.
make sure you are signed in and then have your guest sign in on a guest account for it will not work on a account that is not on XBL then you should press A and then it should be fine.
if this doesn’t help then there might be a server problem. someone mentioned something just like this earlier. so it might be a server problem.
Xbox LIVE as a whole has being having issues all evening, but this issue has been going on for a few days.
There isn’t a fix right now, it isn’t exclusive to Halo: Reach, but any game which has the guest option.
Can I ask, are you in the Dashboard Preview?

I have the beta and I am having the same problem now: no guest accounts allowed in mp. I also just found out I can’t access any music off my PC through WMP.

Use “System Music Player” and I think it’ll play from there. Videos too. I just found this out and yes I have the dashboard preview.
My Halo Reach guests won’t sign in eaither, super weird.
