So with that out of the way, anyone else excited for this coming weekend? I am wondering if anyone can beat the God Squad at Raleigh. Should be interesting.
You know, I haven’t been a huge fan of MLG in the past but lately Waypoint has been putting up some cool (albeit older) MLG footage. This has got me more curious about MLG. Which one is the God Squad ? Status Quo? Final Boss?
No one is going to beat Instinct, they are just to beast. I mean come on, Roy, Lunchbox and ORGE 2 as well as Pistola. Two of the best classic FFA champs, who is going to beat them? No one man.

Bingo Tri-force Man, and the only ones that can take them down are going to be their clones! Instinct is the Final Boss of Reach. Can’t wait to watch Raleigh!!

Instinct does look prime to wreck EVERYBODYEVERYWHEREALLTHETIMEOMGTHEYRESOGOOOOOD!11!!
Now I know Frankie is working with MLG for optimal success so I’m curious to see if the TU affects the official MLG Halo: Reach and if anyone can take down Instinct after that.

I am curious to see how the relationship between 343 and MLG develops.
Yeah the Godsquad is going to be touch to beat, they pretty much have the 4 of the top 10 Halo Reach pros on their team and they have very good teamwork and chemistry which is so important in Reach.
Dynasty headed by Snipedown recently beat them in an online scrim, but I still dont see anyone winning a series vs Godsquad too much talent.
I am just waiting for this game to flourish when reticle bloom gets taken out and the other setting get optimized for competitve gameplay. Who knows maybe if we get the CE pistol it could replace the DMR as the Reach magnum has the lowest autoaim in the game of all the weapons lol.
It’s gonna be hard to watch because Halo fest is the say 3 days as the MLG event. But I never miss an event. Seriously, more of Halo’s community needs to watch and enjoy MLG. IT’S OUR COMMUNITIES FREAKING FOOTBALL!!! That’s how I see it at least. Ignore the little trash talking kids on the MLG playlist and watch the games and you will see how awesome it can be.

Yeah its crazy how the SC2 fanbase see the pros as like gods and worship them, and some of the Halo fanbase is so fickle about MLG its the reason why Reach got taken off main stage MLG the Halo community isnt rallying around MLG like we used too. I dont like Reach as much as other Halo games, but I havent given up on the game I still support it as its still one of the premiere competitve FPS out there.
Honestly if the Halo MLG fanbase was like it was in the H2 days, SC2 would be nothing. COME ON PEOPLE!
Maybe a bit off topic but, do we have any girl MLG player? All the groups I’ve seen don’t have any girls.

Dude, I’m sooo pumped! HaloFest and Raleigh! Like you said it’s our football! I’m gonna take a bath in NOS and watch the opening Pool Plays then get super amped for the Champ rounds!

I don’t understand the love for Walshy. I watched him last month and his team got destroyed. Ninja is way better than Walshy and even Ninja did poorly there.

Instinct is 42-1 man! Losing one to Dynasty, they are megalo beastly. Sure FB was good back in the day with that line-up, but Instinct is unstoppable!
