I have been a dedicated Halo fan for a long time. I put many hours into Halo:Reach and when the Bungie app came around, I linked my profile and I was given the “Eternal” armor effect, which gave me the blue flames on my helmet. However, recently, I went to revisit Reach with a friend, and found that I was no longer in possession of the armor effect I had enjoyed before. Please help me resolve my missing effect.
Things I have tried:
-Redownloading profile
-Checking my downloaded content (In case, even though I did not have to “Download” it)
This is just a guess, but have you bought a new console since you last played Reach? Maybe the blue flames are linked to the console as well as the account?
While I understand that your predicament is very important bumping is against the rules on this forum. With that in mind, I am not sure what has happened to this armor effect. It is possible that it became relocked because of your absence. In any matter, you’ve come to the right place. Now you’ll just have to wait for 343 to notice. Sorry, bud.

Oh, sorry for that. I am new to the waypoint forums. Thank you for your input, and indeed, I must wait. I just had no idea how extensively the support looked in the threads, due to the smaller team. Thank you again for your help.
