Already posted on Microsoft support, but i fell like you guys might be able to help.
I just purchased the Halo Reach bundle of the Master Chief Collection from the Microsoft Store from my PC. The transaction was successful, but when i went to install it, it came up with a message telling me to sign into my Microsoft account on the device I wish to install it on. I checked the devices linked to my Microsoft account from the website, and sure enough, my PC is on there, linked to my account. I checked that all updates were installed then restarted, but the problems were still there. I am sure that the PC linked to my Microsoft account is the one I am using, as I changed the device’s name in settings, restarted it, then the name changed from the Microsoft website appropriately. All sources tell me that I can play Halo Reach without buying the full MCC bundle for £29.99, but somehow I can’t install the base game or Reach. Is there any way I can install it?
Any help would be appreciated.
