Bungie really needs to update there matchmaking. I have been playing and every game it takes away all my kills and they need to put on hack protection
As of March 31st, 343 Industries control everything to do with Halo. Bungie has not control over Halo anymore. Welcome to Halo Waypoint though, which is coincidentally the home of 343i and the future of Halo.
Sorry, but I don’t really believe that it takes away all of your kills every single game. People complain about hackers and modding all the time, but most of that is either lag, or they don’t want to accept the fact that someone is better than them. I’ve only played a few games where I even suspected someone of hacking, but I haven’t played any where I was 100% sure they were cheating in some way. Maybe if you had some proof, I might believe you.
There is hack protection in the game, you are likely running into lag or a mis-calculation on your kills.

Put a film on your file share of such happenings and I will check it out.
When playing customs I’ve had host and been disconnected just before or after being killed and according to my friend the kill was not counted in the after game stats despite him killing me from his point of view so I don’t doubt it can happen.
Hackers/modders are rare but most search with exploits so they can ensure host and more thoroughly control the game world by spawning in modded items as a result.
Host isn’t as essential for a hackers/modders as it was in Halo 3 because most weapons they’d use aimbots with are hitscan where the bullet is programmed as a hit on the opponent regardless of where it actually landed.
I expect to see more hackers/modders in Halo 4 who will take advantage of its join-in-progress games to automatically fill with people once older players realise there are hackers/modders and leave the game.
