A couple months ago I got an update, the update just made me unable to use my map packs that I bought with Microsoft points that I got from my store, and also, I am unable to use my Recon Helmet Upgrade Content code that I got when I bought the game, every other account on my Xbox has and is able to use the map packs and helmet content but my account, why? What did I do? The helmet content was legit, I bought the map packs legit, I downloaded them and installed them and it seems to be just my account that I can’t use them. Is it like a ban on my account to where I can’t use DLC? May I have my stuff back please? What is wrong with my account? And I already tried doing everything else, re-downloading the content, deleting them then re-downloading, re-install them, I TRIED EVERYTHING. I am being serious right now, I DID BUY THE DLC, can you just please like reverse the thing you did to my account so I am able to use them again? It was both of the map packs and it was the Recon Helmet Upgrade content.

I have never changed my gamertag and never will.
First I would highly reccomend you call xbox live support. This sounds more like a content license problem. The support guys will walk you through steps on how to recover the license for that account. If i try to explain on this thread im scared you may accidently delete the license and lose all of your downloaded content.
