I recently got a copy of the legendary edition of Halo Reach, redeemed the keys for the Recon helmet and Flaming effect and such. The Recon helmet, Flame effect, and elite skin work in game just fine. However I can’t for the life of me figure out where to get the Falcon avatar prop. I’ve read on various places to log in to Waypoint on the 360 and it will unlock, but I’ve tried that like 10+ times and I can’t seem to get anything. I must be missing something somewhere but I have no idea what I’m doing wrong.

Yeah, I know. An avatar prop, which isn’t unlocking for me in Reach, Waypoint, or the Avatar editor.
So no one knows why this can’t be received anymore? The voucher clearly states that it’s included when redeemed, but gives zero information on how to claim it once the code was redeemed. To give more detail, I am on an XBOX 360 using that version of Waypoint, not the XBOX ONE version. I can launch Reach, see all of the other Legendary Edition content just fine. Inside Waypoint I can navigate to the Reach Armory section and such, but I get no notifications of unlocked avatar items. Opening the avatar editor yields nothing new either. The only thing I noticed while looking for this new prop is that my Halo Reach Beta Hoodie is now somehow locked again and I can no longer use it. So now I’m out two props for buying the Legendary Edition? Surely there has to be an answer for whats going on here… Can someone from 343 contact me somehow so I can provide the code I used so they can verify I should have the prop or something? I’ve never had an issue like this before.
Sounds like a MS issue and not 343, as it’s an avatar item.
Had the same issue. If you want to claim it swipe right in the menus and select games: Halo reach and then it should be the first thing to pop up. My problem is that I accidentaly canceled the claim and now I can’t get it.
