I am under the assumption that if I purchased a Legendary box set and it was “Factory Unopened” it would still have the Red Flaming armor effect code, Am I inherently wrong or just misguided?
Second, What persay is ‘Exactly’ inside said boxes?
Now before I get barked at, I want to Have An Unopened Box. I already have one opened I bought for the Noble Statues.

if it has never been opened it will indeed have the red flames, along with the elite officer skin, and preorder recon helmet. i bought an unopened legendary box set in 2016 for the original price of the legendary box set and it had everything in it.

Thanks Phoenix, I have one already opened for the statues. I bought it thinking it was a whole set with unused codes and all. But my mistake.

They should still have the codes but know this, if you’re looking to use the codes, you’ll be out of luck. All of those old Halo Reach codes have long been out of date. They will no longer work because they’ve all expired.

I know, I just want one that’s unopened. I missed out on them. I heard a rumor though that if you play Reach on an Xbox 360. And use those codes via the Waypoint menu in game. They could still work. But. Yeah I have 25 digit codes for older games and yeah they are expired.
I am hopeful. But I won’t open it if I know for sure it won’t work. Red flames aren’t my forte. But I would like the Recon Helmet even if it means repurchasing an Xbox 360.

The only way you’d be able to get any of those codes from Halo Reach is to be on an account that had downloaded them at one point in time or another. All those codes have expired so there’s no way any of them would work today.

I’m gonna see either way on Xbox One and 360 if I even get a Factory Sealed box. I also need to replace Jun’s Sniper. The muzzle break broke off mid barrel… Just another reason to get a new box anyway. Lol.

If it is factory unopened it should have red flames and officer elite. I’ve always wanted this stuff, never had the $$$ to get it tho

I have confirmed two at over $500.00 a piece… You see my endeavor. And probably one on this very Forum already, from Evading Phoenix extroveniously. So I’m quiet lucky. Thanks @Evading Phoenix btw. If I figure a way to get the old Reach armors too via the old Waypoint, I’ll definitely let everyone here know! I’ve seen a tutorial requiring a X360.

also… EU (Netherlands) code… is it region locked? I bought one from Australia once and it worked, but it thats also PAL territory
