Halo reach LASO "an error occurred during co-op"

Me and my friends have been playing through halo reach on LASO, and have had no problems until The Package.

roughly 10 or so minutes in, always at the same place just after we get the tank, the session crashes on us, giving us an old halo style error saying “an error has occurred during co-op”

we’re not doing any glitches, just playing completely normally, we’ve all verified our game integrity, just nothing works.

we’re all on PC, using steam and playing the halo reach LASO campaign playlist.

I got kind of the same problem, as i remember i was playing on “Long Night of Solace” and suddendly the game said i haven’t complete “tip of the spear” and i can’t launch the playlist anymore, i got this clip to prove it.

If anyone could answer me what’s the problem i would be grateful, i hope the answer would not be “Restart the playlist”
