this message is aimed at the people of halo 4 and reach,

good afternoon,

I would like to point out that halo reach is messing up to the point where everyone is now been degraded to recruit again and the system is saying

upstream bandwidth = undetected

NAT Rating = open

packet loss rate = undetected

and this is annoying many people and I have spoken to xbox live/Microsoft and they said to talk to you guys about this situation as this is only happening to halo reach as far as I know.

please help out as I am getting annoyed with this glitch and I too work with xbox ambassadors.
