I was wandering about why i can’t install halo reach on my xbox one even tho It’s back words compatible. I try to install it but it says this game doesn’t work on the platform. do u guys have any tips please text back spartans Thank You and Axios

Anyhow, try resetting your Xbox, ie: clearing the system cache. Then make sure you see it installing under My Apps. If that doesn’t work, you might contact Xbox Support via Twitter or Xbox.com, or ask under the Support Forums instead.
Unfortuantely, Reach seems to be beset with a whole load of glitches and issues when attempting to play on Xbox One. (In my case, I have it installed, but it simply won’t save campaign progress unless connected to the internet.)
Good luck with customer support, though. When I spoke to a representative via those channels, they bent over backwards to help, but it seems there’s not a whole lot they can do with Reach. Personally, I’d like to see the game withdrawn from the backwards compatibility list until such time as it can be confirmed to work for everybody without issue.
