I’ve recently been thinking about getting Inheritor by playing only Arcade Fight on Beachhead, Holdout, Glacier by signing out my guest acc since the legacy rage quit ban system no longer exists from what I can tell on my 2019 Inheritor. This would be completely solo too due to lack of players online and I’m a 1 man army anyway.
What many “former” inheritors forget about is it doesn’t take a year to reach Inheritor anymore, increased daily cR limit… no two week cR bans, no ranks locked behind the scene. As you can tell I have no problem soloing my 3rd Inheritor without grifball boost 100% legit, Reach is awesome! Thought I’d share my crazy thought.
Edit/Update: Yea Inheritor means almost nothing now but it’s something fun I can do while daily restrictions last in the real world.
2021 Inheritor can I make it.

I disagree. Inheritor will always mean something to those who appreciate how great it is. It was probably my greatest Halo/gaming in general achievement just getting it once. Good luck with your attempt to get it for a third time, I’m sure you’ll get there. Remember to have fun. Post back here (or make a new thread if this one dies) when you do.

120 days (4months) 10hrs a day, not sure how I’ll do it… it may be spread across the year. If I make it I will PM you on WP. I’m also attempting to become an Inheritor without spending a single cR, anyone here seen or is 1 post here! I’ll be ranking up on a diff tag and starting in Jan 2021.
With the hard news of legacy halo titles shutting down I’m no longer attempting Inheritor especially as Armor customisation and service record is being closed. A shame!
I think you’re right. Halo 2 stats still remain, that’s pretty wild to grind inheritor from scratch just for waypoint stats… I’ll have to pass I already gotten two inheritors that will have to do in my book. Rip legacy.

Yes. The current stats that show will remain forever, same with Halo 3, ODST, Halo 4, and Halo 2. Those aren’t changing.
Whatever the stats say at the very end of it all when the servers get taken offline will be permanent forever.

Very good to know now I’ll sort my halo 4 Armor out to show up the way I want on Waypoint (on my newer acc). Thank you!
Your plan was to get it done long before the server shutdown, so you still have time to not only get it but to also enjoy it for sometime before that date arrives.

I didn’t plan on playing in the summer so there goes 5/12 months I’m honestly not sure what to do now with the announcement, my mind is racing. I’ll make a decision by January 1st or not long after that a couple days at most. Tbh I wanted to achieve a inheritor with 7% armory (no spending cR’s) now service record will be wiped off, very sad but ima do all achievements for the game on my other user name and come to a decision by then.
I’ll update this post if I attempt or not.
