It will not let me join matchmaking because it keeps telling me “information could not be reached from Xbox live” I’ve restarted my Xbox a couple of times and it keeps popping up. Anyway to fix this problem?

Same here! Tried resetting console and modem as well. Xbox live seems to be working for other games.
