Hi I recently found out my halo reach preorder was supposed to come out with two other codes that it didn’t come with the flame helm and the elite armor, however it did come with the recon armor I paid $150 in 2010 I expect to get what I paid for.

When you spend $150 on a game I will make sure to tell you to move on.
If you have proof of purchase there is a very small chance that the retailer can do something. Try calling the company you pre-ordered it from. Bungie does not have anything to do with the items recieved, so dont contact them. (learned that the hard way)
Sorry to hear this OP and I know it’s not what you want to hear but it’s highly unlikely you’ll be able to get those items now. In the UK we have some protections that help consumers, but there is a time limit on how long that protection ends. I’m not sure on how things work in the US, but I imagine there would be similar time scales involved when reaching out to a retailer. Your retailer would be the place to contact in this instance as that’s who your purchasing contract is with, but as it was so long ago your chances are very small. I can only advise to double check your purchases in future and make sure you get everything you pay for

How would I do that? Bring the huge box crate to them? Nvm any ways I thought it might be a longshot it’s been a long time Oh well.
