There are 2 helmets I. Halo reach that it says to get it you need to visit halo waypoint but I can’t get it

There is a Xbox 360 Halo Waypoint App where if you go and search on it with certain achievements you get the Armor.

There’s certain achievements you have to get. Once you get them view them in the 360 waypoint app and you’ll unlock them
