So, with the Xbox 360, you’d do some stuff (Beat the campaign on Normal, for example) then go to Halo Waypoint to get a unique helmet. For Normal, it was the Mil. Police helm. I’m going for the CQB with a few friends, but on Xbox One with backwards compatibilaty, and Halo Waypoint isn’t there, it just sends you to Halo Channel. So how can we get the helmets without Waypoint after finishing off the campaign on the required difficulty?

You need Xbox 360 sadly. Sorry for the problems. But there was never any funtionality outside it.
Plus you need to play the 360 Halo games to build up your Waypoint 360 Milestones. Cause just beating games doesnt unlock the stuff
