Every Single Weapon that has been in a Halo sense Halo Reach Through Halo 4 should make a return. This would include dual wielding weapons. This includes “ALL WEAPONS” Covy,Human and Promethean Weaponry!

My apologies, I thought you were referring to the games in order of release date.
Of course I’d love to see all the weapons (and equipment and vehicles?) from the franchise available for use in Halo 5’s Custom Games (with all the custom games options and maybe a browser as well) and Forge (and hopefully a real map editor too)!
Halo CE shotgun please!
In custom games this would be good. Don’t have to worry about the balancing.

Having two different variations of each weapon isn’t variety, it’s redundant and would only serve to take away development time and bloat the sandbox.
However, if we take some of the more unique weapons from Reach (Grenade Launcher and the Focus Rifle, to name a few) and replace their Halo 4 predecessors, then we’ll see some variety.

We don’t need a bunch of weapons that appear different but functionally do the same thing.
Reach did this fairly well with their weaponry. I’d like to see the Reach nade launcher replace 4s, and the focus rifle/sticky launcher return too.
And bring back the Brute stuff too. Brute Launcher > Concussion Rifle. Did they even get vehicles in H4?

Concussion Rifle is better than the brute shot in my opinion :), but yes they should bring back some of the old weapons

The only time I’d go against that is to include the H2 magnum…I miss my babies =/
The ODST pistol and SMG would be nice alternatives, too, along with the red plasma rifle. But I’d leave it there.

I agree… yet I have some things to point out.
Design and Variant
When you say all weapons… its shouldn’t be every single variant of the weapon… just the most up to date (Canonically) version. So for example if we would see the Battle Rifle in Halo 5, we should not see the Battle Rifle design from Halo 2, but rather the design from Halo 4.
Similar Role
When you say every weapon… the Brute Shot and Concussion Rifle are considered to serve similar if not the same role in the Covenant Armory… but due to their origin Concussion Rifle are Sangheili design, Brute Shot is Jiralhanae… then doesn’t mean we shouldn’t have both because technically they are different weapons.
Actually tbf, I’d prefer it if instead of weapon skins as they are in Halo 4, you unlocked different types of the same weapon as you rank up socially (if they keep loadouts).
I just saw a post on Facebook listing all the weapons mentioned or featured in the universe and it kind of amazed me a bit… it could be a good way to have them all in the game and kind of side-step the redundancy issue to a degree.
You start off with the basic SMG for example and then unlock the silenced for use etc at a certain level.
I know it’s not for everyone, but what do people think??

Actually, I’d be okay with havin both the Brute Shot and the Concussion Rifle in Halo 5 as long as it’s the HALO 2 Brute Shot.

I agree, everything should come back. Not every weapon has to be on a single map. It offers more variety, at the very least visual/auditory variety. I think it would be cool to have older versions of weapons as skins. That way you could use your favorite model with no effect on game play.
