Halo Reach Hacking (in Griffball, rapid fire DMRs)

I’m in a Griffball game and people are hacking/modding. The other team has guy with a DMR bottomless clip rapid fire and super speed. And the enemy team is invincible. Has anyone else had games like this? Why can I/we do about it, it’s annoying.
