Halo:Reach game download fails on Xbox 360

Halo Support team,

I had purchased Halo: Reach for Xbox 360 via the Xbox Live Marketplace.

The game does not get downloaded to my console. The console shows the game file as ‘corrupted’ with size 6.6GB, after reaching 100% download progress.

I have contacted Xbox Support and worked through all troubleshooting steps for this issue. Xbox support has concluded that this is a server-side issue which the game developer can resolve.

Please resolve the issue asap. Thanks.

Id keep calling til you get a real answer or ask for a refund and just buy the actual game itself

eah, any game bought from the Marketplace enterns the domain of Xbox Live Support to help you out with. Any “server-side issues” would be with Microsofts servers, not anything 343 has control over. The downloads don’t come directly from 343. Contact them again as you’ve clearly been fobbed off here :frowning:
