Pretty hard finding people to play custom games with as no one from matchmaking will join randomly anymore and everyone I know has moved onto Xbox One. So was wondering if anyone would like to join me for a play test of a bunch of maps I’ve made. At the moment I can only get up to 4 players to play test a map with my splitscreen but that doesn’t work the best for certain game modes, I really want to get a lobby of at least 8 people to see each map at their full potential. I will host the custom games at an unspecified date that everyone can make, which will most likely happen sometime in August. Here our some Map details of the ones I wanna test out:
Lusix - A small interior corridor map with 2 levels with multiple routes us, with a window separating two sides of the map so you can get a gist as to whether the player is above or on the same level as you. Made for Slayer but works with Team Slayer too, very fast paced on the latter. There’s actually a video of it here: Halo Map Raters "Lusix" Forge Map - YouTube
Middlepoint - Team Slayer or BTB map, with one large square building in the middle. Map plays in a C shape, with vehicles becoming dangerous on the outside of the building, and the building having one way shields not allowing you into the centre room (where rocket launcher is kept) other than jumping in from the roof, to which both teams have elevators and stairs to take them up to.
Keyhole - A Large map made for BTB and Capture The Flag containing many vehicles (Wraith, Warthog and Mongoose for each team) that provides a tight 8 shape to drive around in and with jumps going outside the map to take you crashing back into the action. Vehicle action is hectic and infantry action focused mainly to the sides of the map and the middle, that has a dangerous middle crossing point that if you’re not careful will end up in a lot of splatters.
Disposal - A medium sized map made for Slayer or Team Slayer with a middle courtyard containing an overshield but retrieving it leaves you very vulnerable and out in the open. There is also a dumpster disposal that chucks crates towards the Rocket Launchers spawn, making it another risk/reward scenario. There is also a tunnel underneath the map that is a tight linear path with an Energy Sword in it that provides quick travel from one side of the map to the other.
Death From Above - A medium to large size map made for Slayer, Team Slayer, Oddball or King of The Hill (large in terms of verticality) that has many different floors each containing their own power weapon. Each room is distinct from the other, and makes you always checking the jumping points player can strike at you from as well as around each corner. The higher you are on this map the better, making everyone wanting to clamber up to the top.
Snake Pit - A Medium sized map made for Slayer, Team Slayer and King of The Hill. It is a symmetrical map with two walls containing snipers nests and two containing tunnels that have teleporters leading up to the sniper nests. A vehicle cannon is stationed in the middle that propels you up to a large bridge, where you can shoot down on the people in the snake pit.
Coagulation - A medium to large sized symmetrical map made for Slayer, Team Slayer or BTB, with a large sniper tower in the centre of the map giving a 360 view of the map. There are tight corridors and large open spaces, along with explosives positioned throughout the map to stop vehicles from climbing up onto the second level of the map. The map also has an outer balcony that holds the rocket launcher for intense firefight over retrieving it, and a cannon man that zips you across the middle of the map to get any cheeky shots from above whilst travelling to the middle sniper tower.
Crossing - A large but roughly structured map (slightly sloppy if I was to be honest) that has players clambering straight into a firefight for the rocket launcher in the middle with an intense jump into the middle for each team. cannon men propel you across the map in different directions with the raised platforms below you, and vehicular warfare takes place on the beach front of paradiso and the cave going to Blood Gulch. Made for Team Slayer or BTB.
Deja Vu (currently under construction) - A small map made for Slayer that circles in a spiral with a few opening and a secondary level in which you can jump down and assassinate other players. Teleporters connect either side of the map, with a teleporter in the middle of the spiral taking you to the second level.
Rapture (not currently built but planned) - A large BTB map with a circular driving ring around a big house, containg a garage to drive through for the occasional splatter. A small underground path will link one side to the other quickly. The house contains 2 main floors and a roof that can all be accessed and a balcony on the second floor. The indoors have lots of cover and pillars to walk between, and also a cannon lift throwing you into the middle of the house from the underpass and a small vent that you can crawl through to drop down onto unsuspecting enemies in the courtyard, where they will be fighting over the shotgun.
Canal (not currently built but planned) - A medium sized map built low to the water to create a canal effect for the middle of the map, with bridges to cross each sized. Map will have a city aesthetic, with towers and buildings on either side of the map. The canal will be difficult to cross with all the cross fire going from one side to the other so there will be a covered gravity lift that flings you from one side of the map to the other and vice versa for flanking manoeuvres.
I really wanna test all these maps out to the max so if you wanna join in just send me your gamertag and I’ll add you, I’ll also reply to you all for a date when I have enough people 
If you also want to bring out your own maps to playtest feel free, as there’s not much chance to do so anymore with the limited player base, so come along too!
P.S. Just to say that I will player a map recommended by you after every two maps of mine we play, which shouldn’t be too long a wait for y’all 
P.P.S. Deja Vu should be finished by the end of this week, and Rapture by early August. Not sure When Canal will be finished but hopefully not long after Rapture. I have 4 other maps to try out (2 need heavy editing and 2 needing to be built still) but would take too long to explain them all like those above, so here’s a brief synopsis of them:
Relic - BTB map made on cliff above blood gulch, narrow routes for vehicles and sides to fall off (Heavy editing needed)
Misriah - BTB map made into a teleportation facility with lots of wide open space. (Heavy editing needed)
Concerto - Slayer and Team Slayer map made into a concert stage with watchtowers, reception and backstage. Tight corridors, open indoor lobby and good watchpoints from watchtowers overlooking an open stage, with multiple entry points. (To be built)
Updraft- Slayer and Oddball map as a big elevator shaft. 6 floors to scale, with each floor having doors looking out onto the broken elevator shaft and cannon men propelling you from one floors door to another. Also 2 emergency stair cases connect only to 2 floors, so a lot of gameplay happens around the elevator shaft. Hectic vertical gameplay similar to “Death From Above” but on a smaller scale and more symmetrical. (To be built)
