Well, i used to have the Halo Reach Legendary Edition back on my Xbox 360 which came with the Flaming Helmet and some other stuff. Anyway, halo reach recently came out on backwards compatibility which was very exciting for me. When i installed the game and went on, i had all my DLC stuff (map packs) etc which i was happy about, but i realised i did not have the Special Legendary item ‘Flaming Helmet’ which i was gutted about because to me it showed how much i was dedicated to the game and was quite disappointed that it never came with all the other items. If needed, i do have video proof that i did have the flaming helmet if needed. Xbox also referred me here with the code : 1322660407
Can anyone please help me?

Are you playing on the same account that you redeemed the Legendary flames on?
If you did, it will show up under “Manage Game” for Halo: Reach, specifically under “Ready to install”.

If you still have your 360 get on and go to your hard drive’s storage and make sure all your halo reach files are uploaded to the cloud. Also go to your download history and look for legendary edition content and re-download it. I had this same problem and didn’t know what to do but I did the steps I just told you and in a day or two when I went to Manage Game on my Xbox one all my content like dlcs etc. that wasn’t there before was there. If this doesn’t work then idk what to say.
Unfortunateley i have a feeling it was on my hard drive at the time and not the cloud, but the weird thing is all my dlcs and file share games etc where all their but i dont even remember putting them on the cloud. I honestly have no clue on what to do:( any suggestions?

You can likely find the add-on by pressing the menu button (a.k.a. start) while Reach is highlighted, selecting View Game Hub, scrolling down to See In Store, then scrolling through the add-ons 'til you find it. That’s how I reacquired mine at least. Along with all the other add-ons.
The flames are attached to your account it shouldn’t matter if your save was in the cloud or the HD. Just keep checking the add-ons for it. Mine took a few days before it finally popped up.

Yeah i clicked on the legendary edition and it did not give me the option to re-download. It only said ‘Bundle Only’

I’m guessing you’re looking on the Xbox One store? If so you’ll need to look on the Xbox 360 store instead, you can do that from Xbox.com 
Go to the xbox one store and anything that your account had the license for, you will be able to download. That’s how I got all of my stuff.

I think you might need to contact Xbox Live support about that then, they’ll be able to look into your account for you

i contacted them about the issue before i posted on these forums and they said they couldn’t find it either and said to contact halo support and ask for a new code as they are the only people that can access my halo stuff. I dont know how to contact them though, i even have proof that i used to own the helmet. What should i do?
