I am unable to access recent screenshots and films I uploaded to my Files Share from Halo Reach in Halo Waypoint.com because the area for which you can see the thumbnails is blank and all I’m seeing a spinning circle going forever.
I have no problem with accessing to my screenshots from Halo 4 I uploaded to Files Share in Waypoint. But can’t see the screenshots or films from Halo Reach because of a spinning circle going forever.
I’m using Firefox 21.0 for Mac.
Please address this asap.
I’m on Firefox 21.0, Windows 7. When I try to access it, your Reach File Share loads without errors. If that’s the same URL that’s broken for you, then there may be a way to figure out what’s going wrong. (If you’re having trouble with some other URL, please reply with that and disregard the rest of this post.)
EDIT: Heard that Xbox LIVE services were having trouble at around the time you posted this thread. If things are working for you now, then it was probably related to the LIVE issues, and the instructions below won’t be necessary.
There is a way to view a list of JavaScript and loading issues on a web page. If you’d like to use Firefox’s Web Console to do that, check the spoiler for instructions.
(Note: I and the other moderators aren’t 343i employees, so don’t take these instructions as anything official.)
Go to your File Share.
In Firefox, open the Web Console. (Firefox button > Web Developer > Web Console. Not sure if it’s different between Win and Mac.)
Click the “Clear” button. Then, make sure the “Net” and “JS” buttons are pressed down, and the “CSS” and “Logging” buttons are not.
Refresh the page. (You want to clear and refresh so that you can see everything that happens, rather than only the stuff that happened after you first opened the Web Console.)
Take a screenshot of everything that shows up in the Web Console, and please upload it to a public location. Post a link to that screenshot in this thread.
I’m having this problem with me trying to access my halo reach fileshare through waypoint as well. I am using Chrome and it takes forever to load, especially with the infinite spinning circle.
Please don’t revive old topics thanks, especially ones that are over 3 years old
