Your halo reach files are corrupt on your server. My xbox downoads to 31% and failes. this is a new xbox… I spent 2 1/2 hours on chat with xbox and it would never get passed 31%…
I went to the store I got the xbox from and they replaced the unit and gave me a new code…
To my dissmay 31% friggin AGAIN!!!
Server side files are corrupt please replace so I can stop pulling my hair out…
YES I tried everything… And not that it matters I have been working in IT for 13 years so not a noob to how things work and transfer.

Are you trying to install the game to your Hard Drive?
If so, the disk is scratched, buy a new one, try again.
EDIT: Ahhh, you have a Halo: Reach Games on Demand code? Try checking your Hard Drive and deleting anything related to Halo: Reach and then re-download it from your Download History, also clear the Hard Drive’s cache.

You are the first ever to report this, also 343 Industries don’t host the Halo: Reach files for Games on Demand, Microsoft do, they are your best bet to getting this resolved.
xbox told me that 343 hosts the files not them… as for the first to report this but doesn’t someone have to be the first??

I don’t work for 343, but I know for a fact that Bungie doesn’t host Halo 3 on Games on Demand, nor does Infinity Ward host CoD 4 or MW2.
Ensemble don’t host Halo Wars either.
It is all controlled on Microsoft’s end, you must know by now that the LIVE Support Agents are about as good as a brick wall when new situations come around.
true enough… I just downloaded another game and can play it… Damn halo stops at 31% every time… 2 gig in

Its unlikely you will get a reply from them, if you did, they would most likely repeating the above.
