Well don’t go calling me a liar and I know this will sound fake but one day I was playing my xbox I had the Eternal Flames on that account and I had gotten red ring and at the time I didn’t know how to fix it so I had to end up buying a new xbox and the account I had the eternal flames on ended up getting hacked and the hacker changed my gamer tag so I was wondering if anyone could help me get my eternal flames back
Well first, you should be contacting Microsoft to get your account back from the hacker.
Second off, you won’t be able to get Eternal Flames back on any new account. Bungie were the last ones to give it away.
I don’t have the gamertag or email
Then I’m sorry to say that you are out of luck my friend. Without the gamertag and/or email the account was created on, Xbox Support can’t do anything to track or restore your account.
