don’t you hate it when you find an Easter egg that you “thought” you found first when you look on the Internet and about 200 people already know about? mine was one of those “7” references. you know when near at the end of winter contingency at the cut-scene fighting off the elites when carter kicks your gun and it has 7 bullets in it. I was extatic when I saw that. I phoned 12 of my friends to tell them I found an Easter egg. Turns out It was already found. God I was pissed off!

Anyone else have an Easter egg story

When I was a kid my mum had hidden easter eggs all over the front and back yard. Even after finding “all” of them we would still be finding missed eggs months after the event.

Once on Christmas my parents had hidden presents within the actual tree and forgot about them. They didn’t find them until a week afterwards when we were taking the tree down.

Not really. You should realize that unless you did something extremely elaborate to uncover the egg, there is a 99% chance its been done before.

And even with an elaborate setup, there’s still probably a 75% chance that it’s old.

My file share has great Reach eggs wins, and fails. Mostly wins.

I’m just glad I found the DASUSS fan hidden on Unearthed first. :smiley: The screenshot I took was used on one of the Halo wiki sites.

I found a wrapper for a Moa burger. Hell they eat those things on Reach.

I Halo 2 I was playing on Heroic and found a skull. I can’t remember the level but it was the one where you fight the Prophet and had dancing Elites around it. I didn’t know it had already been found though.
