so i first found this glitch when i was trying to complete halo reach on legendary, when i logged out i noticed the two missions i completed on legendary didnt say id completed them on legendary.
Just to show how huge this glitch affects the game i decided to play a mission on easy to unlock a new mission and restart, as seen in - YouTube . I cant complete the campaign at all

Yeah, happened to my when I switched to xbox one. Currently still trying to complete it on legendary I’m over halfway there!
