guys I need some help my rank on reach went from a captain grade 3 to a sergeant grade one and I had another issue I really need to contact 343 because this has ruined the game I spent hours getting to that rank
Were you playing offline while reaching that rank and then moved online? If so then that will be why your rank has dropped. Bungie implemented a system that reduces your rank when moving from offline to online to prevent players for boosting to high ranks when not connected to Xbox Live
