I’ve just started playing Reach again, but noticed I’m not getting as many credits as I used to. I started on a new account so that may have to do with it. I’m only getting 400-900 Cr per game. On my other account, I used to get 900-2000 a game. Did 343 change the Cr system? Or does rank have to do greatly with it? Just so you know, I was a Hero on my other account. Thanks for you time!
As you rise through the ranks, you also get more Crs. There were absolutely no changes to the system whatsoever.

Rank has everything to do with it. I am not 100% sure on this but I feel as if every rank gets a 10% boost over the previous for the game complete Cr bonus. I get about 10k credits, for example, for every firefight game I complete. For a beginning player it would probably be around half that if not less.
Alright guys thanks, it’s been around 6 six years since I was a seargent. I simply couldn’t recall.
Id say the best way to get credits is doing challenges and a lot of griftball

That Grifball technique however is quite cheap and exploitative. In fact, that technique is considered boosting, which is against Xbox Live’s CoC or whatever. You can get less Crs in Firefight, but at least you get a good amount of them, and since it’s part of the game, it’s no reason to get you potentially banned. I know someone who may approach this with a better answer than I ever could.
