Hi my xbox name is Banana xPuncake i was console banned on Halo reach. I can still play on the xbox But on Halo Reach i got this message that said: This xbox 360 console is banned permanently from halo reach online. i was really upset by this. and My other account Beileve My Love (which i spelled it wrong by accident by i decided to go with it because i don’t want to pay 10 bucks for a new name again) is account and console banned. May you guys unban me please because Halo: Reach is my favorite game and i’m bored while i cant play. Also my other account i did something by accident which was something dumb. I was afk but my friend gave me a bungie service tag and i did like it but i knew it was wrong. The reason i kept it because i wanted to see peoples reactions in matchmaking. I wanted to play around and joke up the whole lobby and i got some people who could take jokes and we all had a good laugh about how i got to be a little troll. But i had to go somewhere and i was idle in a game and my friend was just playing while i was away from my controller. And when i got back from what i had to do i went to a custom game. Then like 10 minutes later i got disconnected from xbox live and i tried to get on but it wouldn’t let me, so i went offline for a little bit. When i came back online and went on halo reach i got the notification that i was banned. If you guys could unban me that would be the best thing and that would make me think your the world to me. 
I promise to not use those kind of service tags ever again! But i didn’t even know that it would ban you if you used it in online because i never have done it before and never saw anyone get banned for it. Or haven’t heard of the people who got banned for it.

But please unban me, my life is completely ruined without Halo Reach! 
No amount of begging will see anyone from 343 lift your ban. They don’t monitor these forums and certainly wont lift a console ban. You have broken the Terms of your XBL contract by using modified content and those bans are irreversible. You have also broken 343/Bungies rules by doing that as well. The Banhammer picks up modded content very quickly and its justice is swift and brutal.
The only think you can do is buy a new console and create a new account and never modify your Xbox again.
Let this server as a lesson to all the newbies now playing Reach. Clear name plates and Custom nameplates may look cool but they will get you console banned. Next time your mate says you should do this it will look sic tell them to get stuffed.
As SLayer of Flood has said, you have admitted to modifying content on your Xbox console which break the Xbox Live Terms of Service you agreed to when you signed up. For this reason your ban is justified. However, you must also take into account that any and all bans are given out by an automated system and isn’t monitored by an actual person. Because of this bans console bans for modifying in game content are permanent and irreversible.
ohhh my friend was the one who modded and did the game i was shopping for candy for halloween. Its my xbox but my friend was playing on it. I hated him when i got the notification. I was the one who wrote the thing but my Real Life Friend messed me up i told him he could play a game online But he gave me the service tag and told him to play the game and he was the one who got me banned. I told him to be careful i found out about the service tag getting me banned afterwards. But he got me banned.
i acedently wrote that i did the trolling but my friend did i wrote the wrong thing. He has an xbox but we didnt know it would ban you. But i had the feeling it was a bad idea. Which i knew it was. Which i think its kinda unfair for me to be banned -.- cause i wasnt the one who actually played the matchmaking game. He played it on my other account “Beileve My Love”
Do i have to remake another account for my Banana xPuncake account because Beileve My Love is banned and console banned my other is just console banned.
If saying that someone else modded content on your system could reverse a ban, everyone would claim that as an excuse. Sorry but it sounds like your friend owes you a new Xbox for causing this trouble.
You modded or your friend modded, Either way that’s a violation of the Terms, but you also impersonated a Bungie employee which is an permanent ban that can never be lifted it says in terms and conditions of the game “Under no circumstances are you allowed to impersonate a member of Bungie, on doing so will result in a PERMANENT ban from halo.” If your friend truly did it he owes you a new console like the previous post said. But it is YOUR responsibility for you account.
I think thats stupid because its the persons responsibility for whoever ruins someone elses. Like for an Example my school gets ipads, you break someone elses, YOU pay. Also my friend got unbanned for almost the same thing but he did the modding and online by accident. Not on my xbox, on his. But he said sorry and got unbanned and he was watched for 3 weeks. But its stupid and unfair i cant get unbanned -.-
If he got unbanned ask him how he did it. Was it for Halo he got banned? It’s YOUR account so it is YOUR fault that the modding happened. It clearly states in the xbox and Halo Terms and Conditions. The fact is modded code was used regardless of intent, it is still NOT, under any circumstances allowed. No one mods by accident so do not lie about that. Own YOUR mistake and never allow your friend access to your account.

Anyway all discussion here is moot because no one on these forums can do anything about bans. We can argue all we want but it will have no impact whatsoever on the situation.
Speaking off mods his guy modded a falcon in halo reach matchmaking (on rasu) he had a gauss turret and scorpion turrets on it should he be banned and i have video proof
Also he should buy you an xbl account aswell

i tried to play reach again because it is my second favorite halo. But with the amount of moders on it ruins the experience for everyone else. so if you were moding (witch in all honesty is prob the only reason consoles get band) you deserve to have your experience ruined from you doing it to others. And all this begging is not going to change it.
